As an HR Coordinator at Terra, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and coordination tasks. This position involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. The HR Coordinator will contribute to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Job responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure the completion of necessary paperwork and orientation activities.
HR Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Generate reports as required by HR management.
Employee Relations:
- Assist with employee queries and provide basic HR-related information.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development initiatives.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance-related tasks.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
Communication Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
