As a key member of our team at Terra Construction Company, the Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative processes. This position involves a range of responsibilities, including organizational tasks, communication management, and support for various departments within the company.
Job responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Provide support to team members and management as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication flow.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from both internal and external parties.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.
Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
- Ensure a tidy and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services.
Project Assistance:
- Collaborate with project managers to facilitate administrative aspects of construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documents.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of various administrative and project-related activities.
- Generate reports as required by management.

Qualifications
Educational Background:
